Application
The Safe Accu Blood Glucose Monitoring system is intended for use outside the body(in vitro diagnostic use) and should not be used for the diagnosis of or screening of diabetes.
The Safe Accu Blood Glucose Test Strip is intended to be used with the Safe Accu Blood Glucose Meter to quantitatively measure glucose(sugar) in capillary whole blood samples drawn from the fingertips or venous whole blood samples.
Tips
Store test strip vials in a cool, dry place below 30 Celsius or 86 Fahrenheit. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Do Not Freeze.
Store test strips in their original vial only. To avoid damage or contamination, do not transfer test strips to any other place.
Do not use test strips from any vial that is damaged or left open to air.
6 months after first opening the vial
Do not use test strips beyond the expiration
